This botanically-rich Toner refreshes the look of skin while gently sweeping away residue, makeup and impurities left over from daily routines. Directions for Use: Following cleansing, pat skin dry and dispense Toner on a gauze or cotton pad and then smooth into face and neck. Let absorb into skin.
